Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) is an intensive two-plus year audit and leadership program designed to provide high potential employees with intensive on-the-job development opportunities, extensive contact with the different businesses within GE, and valuable personal contacts that can accelerate your career at GE.

Program Summary
Regional Auditors in the CAS program operate as part of a global team. Each Regional Auditor focuses on a particular region to gain depth of understanding and expertise concerning GE businesses in that area. Candidates throughout the world are hired into the GE corporate offices of their home countries. Significant travel is required but Regional Auditors can be based out of their home country. Participants conduct comprehensive reviews of GE businesses, including financial reporting, risk management, compliance and acquisition integrations/ dispositions. They work to proactively risk assess, plan, and execute audit deliverables with their direct manager. They are responsible for communicating audit results and recommendations to senior CAS and GE business management.

Leadership Opportunities
The program provides participants with opportunities to take a significant role in the leadership, management, and advancement of the program. Participants can generate and drive improvement efforts and support critical company initiatives such as simplification, controllership, and growth. Members also have the unique opportunity to work with colleagues across businesses and from around the globe to lead change initiatives in a wide variety of areas. The program helps participants develop world-class communication, leadership, Six Sigma, financial and controllership skill sets.

Candidate Criteria
All candidates must have unrestricted work authorization in the region into which they apply.

Willingness to travel 100% of the time with little advance notice
3-6 years work experience or at least 2 years GE experience
Project management experience (i.e., leading or working in groups with a shared goal)
Experience working in teams
English fluency (read, write, speak)
Internal GE candidates will be required to get sponsorship via 4-6 positive manager recommendations from GE managers, including the business CFO (for additional information, see audit.ge.com)
